Any Reptiles Or Amphibians we Sell are Guaranteed for up to 7 Days after delivery with proof of proper Set Up (Enclosure , Lights, Food , Water , Etc.) If the shipment date's weather and temperatures conform to the weather and temperature ranges needed for the animal ordered (This includes for all Locations the Shipment will Go both Sending and Receiving) This Guarantee does not include shipping Problems that is the sole responsibility of Fedex/ShipYourReptiles. Shipping Insurance to cover DOA's must be paid for at the time the order is placed please contact us before placing the order so we can add the Cost of Shipping Insurance to your invoice which is $100. orders of Individual Reptiles or Amphibians under $400 and Live Insects under $150 will not be guaranteed out side of Fedex/ShipYourReptiles Shipping Insurance tho we do guarantee that we will do our absolute best to ensure your animals or insects arrive happy and healthy while its with in our control for both the sake of the animals or insects and you! Do to the Nature of most fish we work with there is no Guarantee on Fish. If your new Reptile Or Amphibian Arrives Dead please let us know ASAP and report it to Fedex as for we mark Live on our shipping containers and give instructions on how to handle it in addition to the shipping Insurance if you bought it.
